When you give a regular monthly donation, you help provide a consistent, reliable income stream that allows us to spend less time fundraising – and more time building safe and affordable homes. 

Each month, your generosity supports our three main programs:  

Homeownership. Through our homeownership program, families partner with us to work toward an affordable mortgage on a Habitat built home.  

Home Repair. Through our home repair program, families, seniors and veterans who already own their homes partner with us to complete critical repairs and aging in place projects that maintain the safety and longevity of the home.  

Neighborhood Revitalization. Through our neighborhood revitalization program, we empower neighborhood leaders to create transformational change within their communities.   

As a Roof Raiser, your monthly gift helps Habitat partner families undergo nine homeownership education classes. It helps low-income seniors feel safe in their homes through aging in place projects. And, your gift helps our partner families move into a safe and affordable home, where their children have a fun place to play and a quiet space to study.
